Welcome to AMALPAY (www.amalpay.in), the official online fee payment portal operated for the Amalorpavam Group of Institutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this online payment facility.

By accessing this website and using our payment portal services, you (the parent, guardian, or student) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

1. Scope of Service

This online portal is exclusively designed to facilitate the collection of school term fees, admission fees, transport fees, and other institutional charges for

  • 1. AMALORPAVAM HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL (Lourdes Campus, Vanarapet, Puducherry – 605 001)
  • 2. AMALORPAVAM LOURDS ACADEMY (All Saints Campus, Murungapakkam to Villianur Road, Puducherry – 605 004)

2. User Obligations and Authentication

Accurate Information: Users must provide a valid Register Number / Application Number and the correct Date of Birth of the student to access the payment profile.

Authorization: By completing a transaction, you represent that you are the lawful holder of the credit card, debit card, net banking account, or UPI handle used for the payment.

Payment Types: You can select specified fee types and payment frequencies (such as term-wise or yearly) as provisioned on the website. If you choose an EMI facility provided by your bank, you must select the appropriate yearly structure as outlined on the portal.


3. Convenience Fees and Taxes

Net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI transactions may attract processing fees or convenience charges levied by the third-party payment gateway partner or your banking institution.

All such charges, including applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian regulations, will be explicitly displayed at the time of payment and must be borne entirely by the user.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Finality of Payment: All fees paid through this portal are intended for educational services and are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to the respective institution’s bank account.
  • Duplicate/Excess Payments: In the event of a technical glitch causing a duplicate charge or an overpayment, parents must submit a formal written request along with proof of both transactions to the administrative office of the respective school. Valid double-payments will be verified and refunded back to the original source account within 7 to 10 working days, subject to banking clearance guidelines.
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargeback claims submitted directly to banks will be contested using transaction logs generated by the AMALPAY system

  • 5. Transaction Failures and Delivery Rules

    If money is debited from your bank account but the website does not generate a success receipt, please do not attempt a second payment immediately. Check your transaction status or contact the school administration.

    Neither the schools nor the portal operator shall be held responsible if a payment fails due to wrong credentials, timeout, or external banking network downtime.


    6. Data Privacy and Security

    Your personal data, student registration details, and payment metrics are managed under strict digital confidentiality standards.

    All financial processing happens via securely encrypted connections through certified payment aggregators. No sensitive credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords are saved directly on the servers of www.amalpay.in.


    7. Limitation of Liability

    The Amalorpavam Group of Institutions and its portal partners will not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from:

    System interruptions or network failure at the payment gateway end.

    Interception or manipulation of data by malicious third-party actors outside the reasonable control of the website security network.

    Late fee fines incurred due to delayed transaction processing by the user’s issuing bank.


    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of transactions made on this portal shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puducherry, India


    9. Modifications to Terms

    The school management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after updates implies acceptance of the revised policies.
